Man Kills Wife by Throwing Poisonous Snakes

 Delon's Archives: May 31, 2020

My wife and I are going on our ninth anniversary of meeting each other in July. I want to celebrate in my home state of Connecticut but travel plans are obviously dicey due to the pandemic and I'm not sure things will change before then.

I'm lucky to have found such a beautiful person and I tell her that besides the birth of the kids, meeting her was the best thing that happened to me.

That is clearly not the case for a man in India who has been arrested for killing his wife.

P. Sooraj and his wife Uthra were shown smiling in a few photos, the timeline is unknown. Things went haywire around March because that's when Mr. Sooraj purchased a highly venomous Russell's viper.

He had been unsuccessful the first time he tried to kill his wife. He threw a snake at her and she barely survived, she was in the hospital for two months.

According to the Daily Star, phone records showed the suspect had been in contact with snake handlers and watching videos of snakes on the internet.

She was recovering at home when her husband waited for her to fall asleep and proceeded to throw the poisonous snake at her.

What I want to know is what's the going rate for a divorce in India? Do you mean to tell me he couldn't afford a divorce or maybe he could and just wanted to kill his wife.

This maniac threw a snake at his wife, twice! Not just any snake, dude threw a Russell's viper.

Look, maybe there was some marital problems, arguments, working late nights or out of town, or more serious problems like infidelity, nothing I can think of warrants murder. Too bad dude isn't in Iran where 'an eye for an eye' is the rule of law.
